OPM TMA
We are a Prime Contractor on the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM)
Training and
Management Assistance (TMA) Indefinite Quantity Contract. PTI is a pre-competed vendor
and our contract allows us to provide multi-year indefinite quantity learning
services to all federal agencies.
Benefits include:
Fast, simple startup: Time to project start is very short - as little as 2 weeks;
statement of work (SOW) and Interagency Agreement between the client
agency and TMA is all it takes to start your project.
Cost savings: By selecting from pre-competed vendors, the expense of
competitive bidding is avoided. This is a firm-fixed price task order competition
type contract.
Convenience: Funds can be deposited by agencies and used on a
revolving basis.
Flexibility: Contract can be used by all government agencies.
Service: Expert project managers guide agencies through the management
process and act as liaison between agencies and vendors.
